no video. And I'm on DSL.

On edit: It did ask me if I wanted to install and run a program - WMV-9 VCM RTW - but I turned it down. I'm very cautious about what I download anymore. Does anyone know if this program is safe?

they shouldn't have limited it to windows media. I can usually watch cspan fine, and listen without a problem.
Been listening for 20 minutes and have heard about 90 seconds of sound with a half a dozen frozen images.

haven't given up, but if it doesn't get better, i'm giving up.
