6-3 Indy right now.

Should be a very tough game.

4. Vinateri 15 - Ravens 6
Ravens have a great defense, but their offense was rather offensive.

Let's go Pats!

5. Felt bad for Baltimore
But Baltimore's offense just wasn't good enough. I thought Indy had a good chance, but I think the Patriots would beat them if they move on.

6. Ravens were incredibly fraudulent for a #2 seed
The relevant stats were abysmal. I have no idea how Dan Dierdorf can claim the Ravens led the league in every meaningful defensive statistical category. That brought an instant uproar in the stats office a few hours ago. Baltimore was 15th in the league in yards per pass attempt defensively, behind the Colts.

This should not be viewed as an upset. The Colts were 4th in the league in offensive YPPA and 7th in defensive YPPA. The Ravens were 17th offensively and 15th defensively. The yards per pass attempt differential in favor of the Colts was higher in this game than any of the margins in the three other playoff games this weekend. I mentioned that in the sports forum several days ago.

As much as I love the running game, in the playoffs you have to make plays down the field with the passing game, and prevent the same. McNair at this stage of his career is a dink and dunk guy. He threw tons of ridiculous underneath passes today, even on 3rd down.
