Considering my Congressman is quite the douchebag, I'm sure I've called him worse things before. He's one of the 118 douchebags who think that $5.15 an hour is adequate pay for an hour of work, among other similarly ridiculous Repug ideas.

Charges: The most consistently mischaracterized politician in the country, even McCain’s most nakedly self-serving machinations are universally hailed as the bold moves of an independent maverick who really, really, like, cares, man. Keeps changing the number of additional troops he thinks should be sent to Iraq, in hopes of extending the disaster beyond the next presidential election, so his decorated veteran status will still be relevant.

There, I did it.

Dave "Third" Reichart, former King County Sheriff (claim to fame: was lucky enough to be sheriff when the County Crime Lab finally made a DNA match on Gary Ridgeway in the Green River murder cases, so ol' Dave always presents it as if he himself was single-handedly responsible for "catching the Green River Killer" :eyes: ). A standard right-wing Republican in a district that has never gone Democratic. Managed to win two squeakers out of two tries, mainly because the RNCC opened up their coffers and funded deceptive attack ads against his challenger that showed up in the mail at a rate of at least one (and sometimes more than that) every single day for the last six weeks of the campaign.
