2. birds don't usually get snotty noses
unless something is wrong. they can, but they usually don't. if it happens regularly, your birdy should see the vet.

4. True, the conure almost never does
when she does it means she went under very dusty places.

7. don't panic, but watch
don't mean to assume that you don't know about birds. but they are very good at hiding illness. i wouldn't worry too much about one nose plug, but if it plugs back up, or if she continues to seem sleepy, i would worry. what kind of bird is it?

I just noticed a little dried "snot" in one nostril and removed it with a towel.

Funny, she was dozing off a little after the episode. Now she's eating. :)

I cannot wait to seem my kid, an older 'Tiel.. and his "brother" a Nanday Conure, the odd couple

I wonder how they will react when the new child (the sun conure) shows up.
