Those Nuvaring commericials really annoy me
Not the subject matter, actually, but that goofy sing-song rhyme scheme. It's like a tepid rap song about an intervaginal contraceptive ring.

And I can't dance to it.

1. Have you seen that new pregnancy test commercial
It looks like a high tech razor commercial, then there's this stream of liquid and the voice over - something like - the most high tech device you will ever pee on.

It's really strange.

2. The New Digital Clearblue Easy Commercial?
I hate that one. The announcer's voice is what does it for me. "The easiest stick that you ever want to pee on." :wtf:

What was the ad marketing department thinking? F*%&*^g Idiots! :dunce:

5. Several versions
I've seen one that says "the most advanced piece of technology that you'll ever pee on" and another that goes "the most advance piece of technology that you'll ever-- Well, you know."

Haven't seen the "want to pee on" one yet.

I think that it's kind of funny, because it seems deliberly overblown and super-serious.

And how many commercials explicitly invite you to pee on something? That alone has to be worth the price of admission!

7. Certain stations at certain times of night
And you are right, it is completely overblown and super- serious. I would be suprised if "those fools" made it thinking that "we" couldn't read directions.

8. You know what I hate about it?
If I were still in my "getting pregnant" days I wouldn't buy that test anyway. Who wants a digital readout? I rather liked the excitement of seeing that second pink line show up!
