Anyone remember a toy mr wiggley?

It was a toy from the 70s that jooked up to your garden hose.It had a metal head that would beat the crap out of you.I think it was called mr wiggly but not sure.The hose would wrap around you and the metal top of it would rap you upside your head until your sadistic parent would turn the hose off.Anyone know the name for this toy?

Or you could try looking up wintage toys from the 70's. I've been able to get a couple of vintage toys on ebay - if you can figure out the right name. I don't remember that one.

do you remember fidgets? They were these square flat plastic plates with a circle filled with some kind of goop - you'd move your finger around the circle and make different designs in the goop.
