Snow is coming - I can see it on the radar now. We might get
bunches here in KC - or not. Right now, with the snow about an hour away, the forecasters are saying somewhere between two and seven inches. That's a pretty big spread.

And then I'm hoping spring will come on in. Ever the optimist.

1. I can tell that people really care about this. But it's a big deal
to us. Snow comes in and we all have to stay inside because the roads get just impossible. All the schools close - we are a real bunch of wimps.

When I was young we used to walk to school no matter what - and the drifts were 10 feet high. Made men out of the boys by the time they were 6.

10. And all the young boys got out and shoveled. Something we don't
see anymore today. Yes Kansas City people are wimps about this snow, but since I don't have to go anywhere in the next few days I'm going to enjoy it.

We have quite a bit up in Kearney and it's about 7:30 p.m.

11. How much did you end up with? We have maybe 5 inches here.
I'm just north of North Kansas City. It is really pretty this morning. Just kind of snowing softly.

2. We're Supposed To Get Sleet, Snow, Then Rain
or sleet, rain, then snow,

I can't remember which, but really no accumulation of snow, darn it!

Just the band of winter mix, and cold.

South of you about 5 hours in Ft. Smith, AR

3. Tulsa's gotten sleet so far
no snow. I think snow would be much easier to deal with...

Stay safe and warm.

6. We were told we were going to get lots of heavy snow....
However, we are just getting a light mix of sleet and rain.

9. All we have rain and it is 52 outside.
I was hoping to take my dog for a walk today in the woods, wish this rain would stop.

12. Enjoy the warm temperatures. I would really like to feel 52 again.
This time of year I get so that I can hardly wait for warmer days. And warm sunshine.
