I love beef jerky, turkey jerky, and bison jerky!

I just thought that I would state this fact. With the problems popping up regarding genetically modified foods and other health hazzards, I have decided that I am going to eat jerky, pop tarts, and drink beer in an effort to keep myself healthy. Plus I feel like a cowboy when I eat jerky, it has a very "pioneer atmosphere" to it.

What do y'all think about jerky?
