He barks all the damn time. All the time. Always.

3. How about frying the neighbor?
Man, that sucks.

One of my dogs has that problem. I keep her inside now and we've been working on her overactive
"territorialness". She is really sweet, but she thinks everyone else within view is a threat. :(

hungry? hurt? --> call the SPCA or police

lonely? --> let his owners know in a friendly way. THey might not be home when barks and may not know how bad it is.
