If you are in a union and disagree with their reasons for going on strike,
especially when the employer is out to reduce the number of working staff, do you conform or rebel?

(hypothetical; I have a relative who's in a possible predicament.)

If they vote to strike, you strike. The only way a union can work is if the members stick together.
