I use cayenne myself. And I found a green habanero type tabasco for real atomic, puke green wings. The kids love those.

I like hot stuff.
"I'll take the nukes."

Outside on the patio, while I was waiting for my order, a guy at the next table said "Want some wings? I ordered the nukes and they're so damned hot I can't eat 'em."
"Sure. Thanks."

I bit into one.
Yep, really spicy.
Yum.
And then it hit.
Holy Shit!

I hauled ass back into the kitchen.
"Um...CANCEL THAT NUKE ORDER. I'll take just HOT."

33. I polished off 18 from Buffalo Wild Wings a couple of weeks ago,
and that wasn't really anywhere near enough to fill me up! Not a whole lot of meat there per wing. As long as there's enough cold beer around, the heat isn't a factor. Oh, that and blue cheese dressing...don't forget that!

And I supplement it with this:



I give the wings a little toss in seasoned flour first then fry them. Then I toss them with the sauce. Making a few score for this weekend's superbowl festivities. ;)

Now that I'm almost 40, I can't eat like I used to, but I sure as hell try. So put me down for 2 dozen. :D
