Welcome back, and help out an ol' hillbilly!

Hey folks, been gone for a bit(again). Kinda took a break from the net so i could kinda rest from politics, and revel in our victory. I also wanted to try and get a gage on how the media was gonna flow after the election. I feel well rested now and looking forward to being back.

Now to the help part. Having been gone for a few months my donor star has died. Since i need to renew it i thought i would also donate a star to a deserving member. My problem is i don't know anyone, so please make some recommendations. In the end i will most like put all names in a hat and have my daughter draw the winner.

were really struggling before the holidays. Might do some kind of search or just watch the postings for a bit. I am so bad at remembering DU identities, usually get into discussions with folks based on subject matter so one day I might be in total agreeement with you on some issue and the next day a flame war...

Truth is i'm like 3 months behind, and pretty lost. I don't have time to do a bunch of catching up. I am kinda in a hurry to redo my star, as it really blows without the donor privileges, and i will not renew mine till i find a suitable donor. I just enjoy Du so much(even if i am often gone for long periods) i figured i could give something back.
