There is no need to respond on this thread, but PLEASE read it
and send a positive vibe my way. We are showing the house again, I think to the same people who want to make an offer on it. While I refuse to get worked up about it, my luck alone will not be enough for things to go well. So please, if you read, just send a little "Lisa's house will sell" thought in my general direction (Maine). Thank you, dearest Loungers. :loveya:

12. I've been in that position (having to sell my place), so I know what
kind of anxiety you're probably feeling. It always builds when a prospective buyer comes back for a second visit (you're thinking to yourself, "They'll be looking for every little detail they can nail me on to try and bring the price down!"). Good luck with it all, and hopefully this will allow you to make changes in your life for the better... :hug:

I have a headache but I'm going out tonight again to try to cheer up. I'm done cleaning except for one of the tubs which I will do while I'm showering in a few minutes.

29. My husband has already bought himself a house in a nearby
town, and I would stay here, in Bangor but in a house half the size. There are a few houses I'm interested in but since I can't afford to buy until this one is sold, I haven't settled on anything.

Man I'm in a freaky good mood today for no reason at all. I'll probably be hit by a meteor at dusk... that's how it works, right?
