1. don't get one with styrofoam "beans"
they get flat after a while and you will need to refill it.

9. I just had a 70s flashback
Beanbag chairs on the floor in front of the 12-inch B&W TV (all we could afford in the way of furniture and entertainment), having to get up every half hour to shake the chair out when my rump touched the floor, the backache I'd get after a few hours sitting in it....

These chairs are great for extra seating for the under 30 folks. I don't recommend them as primary seating for the above reasons. Although the newer chairs have more "beans" (yes, I've checked), I'm sure the above problems will still apply.
