IE what they do with tobacco everywhere ?

Very limited, but looks like Spain might be the place. Don't know about taxes. All I know is what the map says.

Ummm pot and Turkish ka-bobs. I love the ethnic food in Amsterdam and Rotterdam it goes hand in hand with the munchies.

Too bad Dutch is the ugliest language on earth. It drives me nuts at family gatherings all the glottal phlegm noises.

5. when it comes time to flee the States, I'm heading over to Utrecht or Rotterdam
There's a "Rat Pack" themed bar in Rotterdam that has my name written all over it.
I'll be the guy in the "Canada Rocks" t'shirt.

7. it is legal in Czech republic
i'm not totally clear on if they have regulated selling yet in stores, but it is legal to grow and smoke (not just decriminalized)

in Holland marijuana is illegal but they do allow the cafes in Amsterdam to operate. I think it is pretty much the same in Spain except in some areas.
