don't let 'em know i said this but, alabama has the best bbq in the world...

there is a little place outside pellcity close to logan-martin lake called the shack, the stuff just melts in your mouth...it is like heaven

5. Yeah, we're tryin' to keep it all for ourselves.
The guy who does the pig roast also does fantastic ribs & butts.
And the BEST potato salad I've ever put in my mouth.
(Don't tell Miz t. I said that.)

15. My wife's family in Philipino and they do that roast pig thing quite often
They have a family friend that does it. Thinking of getting one in April for a cigar party thing I go to monthy.

Pig, drinks and cigars. Long life - not! ;)
