What media player should I use?
I seem to have at least three: Windows, Realplayer and Nero. For some strange reason the realplayer is now the default and I don't really like it (not sure why - just because it seems to have snuck in there without my permission?)

How do I change the default setting?

4. I recommend SongBird as a media player.
It's still in the "developers preview" and not a full release yet - but I LOVE it. I haven't really run across any problems yet, and I'm running it on Windows and OSX.

As for how to change the default - try opening a file that opens in RealPlayer (a much hated program btw) by right-clicking it and choosing "Open with". Then you can choose another program to be the default. There are other ways - but that one's pretty straight forward.

Hope that helps. I haven't had my coffee yet this morning, so I may only *think* I'm making any sense. ;)
