2. I'm thinking of getting back on it but...
I had no metabolism on it. I gained a lot of weight when I was on it. That's what make me get off it.

4. Kick because I'd like to know too
I've had no luck with anything - I take anti-inflammatories which don't touch it and when it gets real bad, I pop a Vicodin. Still doesn't really help with the pain but it makes my head feel better.

The damp weather is not helping. Ouch indeed.

But it's by injection, if you can handle it.

7. Interesting
I just talked to a friend who's been getting them. He's unsure yet as to whether it's helping...

6. Joint Soother sure works for me.
Glucosomine sulphate with chondroitin and MSM (whatever THAT is).
I have (had?) it in knees and knuckles.
Takes about 2 weeks for it to kick in.
I've been on it for years.
No more 'gravel knees'.
It's OTC and not too expensive.
I get it at Vitamin World.
