If you go with some young hotshot guy you are necessarily losing a lot of knowledge and experience. The Redskins are feeling this now as they are on their 3rd coach in 5 years (Marty was there 4 years ago)

As a longtime Seahawks fan I recall how angry his Chiefs made me every time we went up against them.
Then he beat up on us again this year when the Seahawks played his Chargers... I really can not fault someone for doing that... there must be something more to all of this. I feel sorry for the Chargers they are a great team...they do not deserve to be treated like this IMO
