13. I would quickly saute the kudzu in canola oil, shallots and garlic,
then stir in some mustard and freshly grated horseradisch.

Serve garnished with kudzu blooms.

And for a once in a while treat, bacon grease. You can't beat french fries fried in bacon grease.
