Like, it would be real boring without you guys to talk to and you telling me all about aluminun siding (which might go real well on the White House, in fact) or fantastic investment opportunities, or amazing light bulbs that last nearly forever, and stuff. . . . (For anyone who remembers, my father is dying of congestive heart failure and, with mercy, should be gone soon. Otherwise, I'm told, it could be horrific. I was there with him in Boone, NC--and away from internet--from Dec. 6th to the 3rd of Jan. Will probably go back next week to help my sister carry the burden to the end. Damned sad. But I've got my friends at DU in mind, and will be back to caption in the spring and summer, "God willing and the creek don't rise," as my father says.)
