Check out what I made yesterday and today!

A skirt for my daughter. Only took me a grand total of 4 hours! And my daughter is thrilled.

I was dying to use my new sewing machine
for something other than sewing on scout badges.

11. It is funny, I hated sewing back in the jr high school home ec classes
but I am finding I love it now. In fact, I get so caught up in it that I lose track of time.

14. Me too!
My next sewing projects are a pair of capri pants for my daughter, and a tiered skirt for me in the same material as her capri pants.

16. You are really good at that. Mr. Gray has to sew on his own buttons.
I suck at sewing. flunked it in high school.
