1. I am not running Windows Vista.
That being the case, I like it just fine, so far. ;)

2. I use it and I love it!
I'm now able to get things done and get on with life! Windows Vista makes it faster and easier than ever to find, use, manage, share, and enjoy information—on my PC and on the web!

And the Windows Easy Transfer feature simplified the process of setting up my new PC by automatically transferring my important items—including files, folders, photos, music, settings, and e-mail messages—from my old computer to my new one.

With Windows Vista, I can now see everything I'm working on more clearly through the stunning new Windows Aero interface, which includes Windows Flip 3D that helps me quickly switch between windows and tasks. I can find any file, document, photo, e-mail message, song, video, or program on my PC with ease using Windows Instant Search. I just enter the name of something I'm looking for—such as the date I took a picture, a song title, or a word in a document or e-mail message—and Instant Search lists all relevant matches.

Now I can relax since Windows Vista automates the processes that help maintain the health and security of my PC, freeing me to focus on the things I enjoy the most.

The Parental Controls built into Windows Vista helps my kids use my PC more safely and productively. Easy-to-use settings make it simple for me to monitor usage, set time limits, and control access to websites, programs, and games by individual family member.

The only thing that I'm disappointed in is that some product features are only available in certain editions of Windows Vista and may require advanced or additional hardware.

7. No I'm just another satisfied MS customer.
Who likes to Collaborate with his friends.

Connecting with other people takes on new meaning with Windows Vista. I can work on tasks with friends and coworkers—whether or not I'm connected to the Internet. If I'm using the Home Premium, Business, or Ultimate Windows Vista edition, I can share my desktop or any program on my PC with up to 10 people simultaneously using a new feature called Windows Meeting Space. I can invite remote friends to work with me on documents, or simply pass notes in class and swap pictures at a favorite hangout. Windows Meeting Space can help me find others' sessions in addition to finding people available for my sessions—perfect for quick project discussions.

8. Seriously, you had to have gotten that from somewhere.
If not you have to be in sales or marketing.

6. Not upgrading.
I've used the beta and release candidates... too much hype for what is nothing.
