Man Reports Stolen Marijuana To Police
<snip>

GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- Erik Chu did what any victim of a home-invasion robbery would do, he called police to report his stolen goods.

The problem, Chu's goods included four ounces of marijuana and $1,000. The Gainesville police's arrested two men in connection with the break-in.

Now police are deciding whether to charge Chu with any crimes.

Gainesville police said they have a slew of similar cases of involving drug dealers ripping off their suppliers.

1. It always amazes me, these stories of idiots reporting that their drugs are stolen
Really now, if you've done so much of the shit that you can no longer realize the consequences of your actions, you need to give the stuff up, for you are losing brain cells at an increasingly accelerated rate.

Yet I see these stories all the time, some idiot gets his stash ripped off, reports it to the cops who laugh with glee, as they've got the easiest bust in the world coming their way.

3. Crime makes you stupid
Oldie but a goodie.

In my town last week, a fellow was in court Thursday having completed his public service on a DUI charge. Friday night arrested in a bar fight. Notably hit another person while still holding his cocktail glass, severed a half-inch off his thumb.
