Netflix SUCKS
There is no way to contact a live human being. I'm so goddamned pissed at them right now. Their customer service is nonexistent. They've got my money and I've got no fucking movies.

3. Been having problems with them, too.
Sometimes, it takes a day or two extra for me to get my DVDs. I live in the biggest city in the country, yet the nearest shipping center is apparently in Afghanistan or somewhere.

4. Related note: How to let them know a disc won't play?
The cold did one in, it seems, as it arrived w/ hairline crack. What to do? Note w/ disc in packaging? Respond to the "we've received" email? Drill through their site to find a "report problems" form?

5. Go to "Your Account"
the link is at the upper right hand corner of every page.

Once in "Your Account", go down to the second box, labeled "Billing and Rental History".

Click on "Help With DVD Problem".

You will see a list of movies that you help out and a link that says "report problem"
