DISCLAIMER:

I mean no offense to anyone that doesn't need offending ... and I am sure that includes everyone here at DU. Though I feel pretty sure that some people here might possibly need offending, that is for another thread and has nothing to do with the topic of this thread. You know who you are. LOL

When i first heard of the Iraqi police rapes, my first thought (well, almost) was that we should chamge our training to include a module entitled:

Do as we say .... not as we do.
