Oscar telecast goofs, gaffes, stumbles and blunders thread.
Point out glitches, awkward moments and bloopers on the Oscar telecast. I just hope there are some screw-ups or moments of real spontanaeity. Like the moment about 10 years ago where there was a row of empty seats on purpose, and some animated Disney characters (Minnie Mouse was one) were superimposed over it, to make it look like they were in the audience, but then a seat filler sat down in the seat that Minnie Mouse was in, and just sat there smiling, not realizing that a billion people were watching her sit on Minnie Mouse. Things like that - I hope that there are at least a few of those.

1. It's a live show. You can't control what may happen.
I think we're going to see several political remarks tonight. Especially if (and I'm hoping it WILL happen) "An Inconveient Truth" wins Best Documentary.
