Poll question: When you get cramps do you feel totally shitty?
Like you have the flu? My teeth are aching, my head is aching, I have a stomachache (seperate from the cramps per se), I feel TIRED... ugh.

Or notsomuch?

3. Yes and No.
I had killer cramps yesterday, in fact, so I can relate to feeling totally shitty. Sometimes I even get a headache with them. Usually, for the first two days I take copious amounts of Advil, which seems to do the trick....then it's not so bad.

Hang in there, gf.

8. I never had the cramps until fairly recently
It's like I lucked out for the last 10 years. Then all of sudden, vicious cramps. Only a heating pad really helps. x(

11. Ok... I have boy parts... Overload me with info on this...
Give me as much info as you can. Duration, relation to period, symptoms, what can be done to help. Should I STFU and go play on the computer during the cramps. Do the cramps interfere with females ability to make dinner? Will asking such questions get me knocked the fuck out?

25. Do you like the chicken noodle soup that comes in the packet?
Edited on Sun Feb-25-07 03:20 PM by Omphaloskepsis
Two in a box... I think Lipton is the brand. It has a bunch of little noodles in the pouch. I love those things... Just thinking about having one makes me want to get sick.. Popsicles, 7-up, and pouch soup... Now I want to be sick.

edit :: found a pack in the pantry...

16. my bones ache.
My PMS lasts for about a week, and my mood totally changes, I just feel down. When I get cramps that is usually only that day, but the weird feeling physically of aching and feeling 'twisty', like I can't get comfortable, comes on the day or so before and I never can figure out why I feel so weird. Sometimes my teeth all ache at once too, which is really weird.

20. Hell yes, I feel totally shitty
:( Cramps suck. Every few months I'll get really bad cramps that make my legs go pretty much numb/so weak I can barely walk, and the pain is so bad I want to just pass out but I can't - it's like I'm just under my maximum pain threshold so that I have to endure the awfulness of being conscious for that shit. x( I usually take about 2,000 mg of painkillers (ibuprofen and Tylenol, and occasionally aspirin/whatever else I can get my hands on too if I'm really desperate), and that will alleviate the pain a little...sometimes I can even manage to function somewhat normally. But yeah, even when the cramps aren't quite that bad, they're still painful, and I usually get a stomachache and just feel exhausted. I hate cramps - and I hope you feel better soon, XemaSab! :virtualheatingpad:
