16. That percentage would depend upon the arousal quotient
as well as the lubrication factor. There's also a direct correlation between the rigidity ratio and the measurements of the instrument used to determine percentage of penetration. The results so far have been very satisfying. But more experimentation is needed in order to demonstrate the most effective method to achieve optimal results.
