I'm watching Anthony Bourdain - EEEWWWWW!!
He's with some indigenous people in Namibia, and they just served him al dente warthog rectum! And he ate it!

He just called it "the most horrifying meal of my life." He also said that "well done" would be much preferred at this point, but no! Cooking techniques using fire are still fairly rudimentary with this particular tribe. He is also predicting that powerful antibiotics will be involved in his not-too-distant future.

But I don't think I could eat al dente warthog rectum.

I'll eat almost anything he would eat, but I draw the line in the sand at this one.

6. I quit after watching the guy in Morocco eating rotted meat.
Right before Bourdain was the guy eating the rotted meat with eggs. I have to tell you, THAT show just about did me in--the lamb eyeball thing was too gross for words. There was NO way I was watching Bourdain.

Don't you wonder how many times a month these guys end up with a food-bourne illness puking up their socks?

They are eating stuff like rotted meat, lamb eyeballs and now RAW warthog rectum. There has GOT to be an easier way to earn a living.
