2. my grandmother used to make a pie w/ ground pork
the French Canadian name for it was "tourtiere"

ground pork, potatoes, onions and some spices.

Some serve it w/ ketchup, but I preferred using gravy.

5. It's for pouring in gravy after they bake. You eat em cold so the gravy is like
