112. Hi everyone
Sorry I didnt check in sooner but I was watching the coverage on TV. Those pictures of the WTC made me cry but thanks for posting them. Its better than the pile of rubble we see on TV now. During coverage on TV, I think on NBC, they showed a picture of the smoke coming out of where the towers used to be with the Statue of Liberty in the foreground. It made me cry because I am sure she is weeping for us now. This seems like a nightmare that wont end. I just heard that the husband of my next door neighbor is among the missing. He was on the 102nd floor!
Maybe tomorrow we will get some good news. Maybe more will be found alive. I am very proud of our emergency services and the outstanding job they are doing. Some have gone without rest for more than 24 hours. I am also proud of all of the volunteers from other states who have come to help us. We really are a United country and in spite of our differences, when the chips are down we help one another. That is why I love this site. It is a place to come and share some time with compassionate people.

I will see you all tomorrow and maybe we can share some good news then.

8. I wasn't on the internet yet.
I knew already Bush and his gang was behind all of it.

I was listening to shortwave radio and I wasn't the only one thinking it.

What a sad day it was for America.

9. That reminds me. As of this month I've been here 4 years
I joined in March 2003. America was getting ready to go kick butt in Iraq. I wonder how many regret those feelings now.
