despise or let's say, "cringe" when they walk in the door because you know your whole night is now shot to hell? Let's just say if so...then I can relate!

He's a very smart, professional guy now, but he can't let go of these lowlife, scummy friends from his 20's (he's 41 now). Sometimes, they're okay, like when his old roommate installed a window for us for free (we paid for the window and he does windows and siding for a living), but then my husband had to leave and this guy proceeded to blatantly and creepily hit on me when he was gone. Thankfully, they aren't around much, but still, many of them give me the creeps.

She used to be quite progressive, but her support of some of Israel's more RW behaviour is slowly converting the rest of her belief system. It's weird, her internal conflict manifesting itself conversationally.
