I've heard of 'too dumb to come in out of the rain', but THIS?
Too dumb to forget to drink a little water?
Just now on the news, George H.W. Bush hospitalized in CA yesterday after fainting on the golf course.

Diagnosis:
'dehydration'

Jeez, EVERYBODY walks around with a water bottle today.
HYDRATE, George, HYDRATE.

2. Dehydration. Hah!
Whacked out on Halcion again, more likely. If he hadn't puked on the Japanese PM in front of cameras, that would've a little episode of "dehydration collapse" too.
