3. This reminds me of a guy in the Army who got caught stealing
His troop didn't like him anyway (he was a slacker) and they found out that the Army would reimburse them for the stuff he stole. Suddenly everyone had CD's missing and such. The guy went away for at least a year based solely on people cashing in at his expense.
