Did I tell you that you (well, me and other Edmontonians, not you:P ) can buy huge blocks of pure Callebaut chocolate at the grocery stores? Anything from a few hundred grams to pounds.

I ate a bit too much dark chocolate tonight. I normally don't keep it around, but I was just too angry...grrr...don't want to rile myself up YET AGAIN for the...what? 15th time tonight. x(
