Fuckin' household help.

It's getting worse every year.

I haven't even been able to find a decent Lorimer in two years.

2. Thanks for the sympathy! It's been an awful week.

In fact, last night, I was hosting for dinner an esteemed group of a legist, a decretist and a magistrate of the escheker, and one of my scullery maids fell ill of the dropsy! I had to pay for a hansom to bring in a leechman to get her back on her feet so dinner wouldn't be ruined.
