Looks like I picked the wrong week to start injecting myself with live bird flu virus. Otherwise, same old, same old.

The final punchline to Lloyd Bridges' increasingly insane list of drug habits he quits during the course of the flight disaster in the movie Airplane. This is part of the most subversive elements to this classic film, Bridges is superb as a druggie control tower employee and hams it up to superb effect.
