I have the cell phone in a restaurant story to beat ALL cell phones

in restaurants story.

Last night, I took BabyMidlo and BoyMidlo to a really nice, quiet Spanish place down the street. Food is beyond excellent and with the tapas they can try different things.

There were several other occupied tables, but the couple next to us :eyes:

Man answered his cell phone and was sort of yelling into it because of bad reception. It was apparently their teenager. Wife is grabbing for the phone, so he ...



PUTS THE KID ON SPEAKER!!!!!!!!

I kid you not. He and wifey are talking to the friggin' kid on the speaker phone of their cell phone in the restaurant.

It was surreal.


He finally ended the conversation, closed the phone, looked over at me and I said. "You know, that's not something you see every day".

Unreal.

when you sit down at your cracker-table, give your cell phone to babyMidlo so he can text TM while you eat

And, BabyMidlo will be in school when I go to Cracker Barrel for a delicious chicken pot pie. :eyes:

Plus, she doesn't have texting on her phone. Only TM does. Too pricey.

(Unfortunately, I will probably have to bring Mr. Midlo because he's home this week. God, I have a hard life)
