1. Only the Repukes
We all know that kids rebel against their parents so if Dems stop breeding they'll have an overwhelming majority in 20 years or so.

2. That reminds me of an email I received from a Repuke friend of mine once.
It basically said that if we make abortions absolutely unconditional and if we have nationwide gay marraige, that after a generation or so, there will be no Democrats left.

See how many things you can find wrong in that sentence.

That pissed me off to no end and I sent her a lengthy email telling my friend as much, although I'm sure it fell on deaf ears.

5. I realize this is an impossible idea
but, in my utopia, married couples would be "sealed". The seal would be removed when they passed a rigorous "responsibility" test. If they fail they can retest at a later date.

We see far too many examples of parents who have no business having children. :(

6. What are some of the things on your test?
I'm genuinely curious since I'm not sure you could come up with a universally acceptable definition of responsible.

7. No, that's why I said it's an impossible idea

Only works in Utopia.

I'm sure as hell not wise enough to come up with such a test. Only a "God" would have the wisdom, as well as the respect, needed to have a test like this accepted.
