Need a little advice from Bi-lingual DU'ers..(this is NOT a copycat)
Is it actually possible to become fluent in another language using a purchased computer program? If so, any reccomendations for which one is the best?
I ask because one of the "goals" I set for myself is to learn another language. I'm choosing Spanish namely because I took a couple years of it in high school and vaguely remember some of it, so I thought that might help me a little. Any advice would be much appreciated.
1. I don't know if yu can get absolutely fluency with computer software, but...
I'd imagine you can use it to get the basic understanding, which will allow you to do what you need to do to truly gain fluency — go somewhere where they speak the language and stay there awhile.
