The script at the end of the video is in Japanses Hiragana and Katakan. It roughly translates, "we managed to catch this on video. The next day the we found the cow nearby in some bushes mumified."
Areas used for cattle grazing are primarily in the northern island of Japan, Hokaido. If this was a Japanese cattle ranch (as there are many in Hokaido, where there is ample space), it seems to fit.
Has anyone ever heard of cattle mutilations and abductions in Japan?

Go to 43 seconds. Cow is there, UFO is there. At 44 seconds the cow and the UFO both abruptly vanish. Plus it looks like the cow is still eating on the way up.

How come of the two or three million photos there are of UFO's, how come the hundreds and thousands of video footage of UFO's, EVERY SINGLE ONE IS BLURRY, OUT OF FOCUS AND YOU CANT TELL WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING AT.

That is the worst fake video since, a guy in New Zealand, took a out of focus photo of a Ostrich, and then told the media it was a Moa.

45. Good point. They could film a cow eating in the field. Then later...
they could shoot the background plate. Then, because the grass is a very different color from the cow, they could use a chroma key to cut remove the background from the original video. Then they could put a layer over the background plate, and then translate that layer upwards. They could then use translations/transforms to create a realistic looking spot on the background plate, a bright spot.

Maya, for example, could easily do what you just described, and probaby get it done faster, too. That would make getting the UFO in the shot a snap, by the way... and in fact, I think the free application Blender can do this as well.

By the way, if we ever do see a convincing UFO video, it could well be the product of an animation program. They're getting good enough to be unable to tell the difference between a real photo and a generated still or video clip.
