2. No, I don't want to fight. I love Pembroke Welsh Corgis.
The beloved family pet when I was growing up was a Pembroke.

3. I won't argue
of course, I'm the person who sits in front of the TV for the dog show and says "I want THAT one" at every single dog I see.

6. ALL dogs lap up their own shit, but that's puppy mush he's eating.
That is a shot of him at about 4 weeks.

5. I want one so bad
I've wanted one ever since I've been a little girl.

:sigh:

I won't ever have one, though. The SO doesn't like them.

7. WHY NOT???
They are the SMARTEST dogs I've ever been around. Their puppy kisses are no less than Nirvana, and their love is so PURE.

Brigette will try to "french" you, though.

16. She doesn't like the way they look
Because of their short legs. And, I don't want a German Shepherd. So, we're developing a list of breed we BOTH like.

17. That's a shame.
These guys are fantastic, and I've lived with Standard Schnauzers, Irish Setters, Bouviers, Chows and Greyhounds.

22. 10 minutes with "Brigette the Midget" and she'd be hooked.
Take her puppy shopping. Checking out breeders is a great way to "convert" the unconvinced.

29. Here's what y'all need!

I've had these babies since I was seven years old, and Beulah here is my fourth. I swear by these dogs. They aren't yappy like other small dogs, and are so totally cuddly.

And I like corgis too. Had a couple living behind us, and they were such sweethearts.

8. Rescue one:

Get an older dog that's more relaxed and socialized. Besides, have you ever seen a rescued dog at someone's house? If you haven't, you have never seen the visual definition of gratitude!

9. Well I'm on board with this one
I have two Corgi dogs and they understand human speech much more then we give them credit for. They really "get" human behavior and try not to look down on us too much. Nice doggies.

11. I was WAITING for you to stop in!
Gotta get a decent picture of Vinnie (IF he will sit still long enough)!

"Scout's Vincenzo La Bocca" is now 10 months. A puppy in a grown up Corgi body, he is INCORRIGIBLE.

I think two is a better number for these guys, but we got three and we're keeping them!

13. Yeah, send me a pic
Then I can send you pictures of Sugarbear and Baron. While I have only 2 Corgi dogs, I have other dogs as well. My husband little chihuahua is in heat right now and the neutered male corgi dog just beat up the old man, neutered dachshund dog. So this place keeps me jumping too. I'm feeding them all organic food, so it looks like I will be broke in no time too.

Ah, pets.

15. The puppy pic at the top is Vinnie at 11 days!
Did I ever tell you how he captured Deb's heart?

We had stopped by just to meet the breeder and get info on the next litter (we wanted a "Tri"). Deb picked him up, and he started nursing on her thumb. End of story!

14. My "dukes" are down on this one.
My Corgi, Sprocket will do ANY trick for ANY treat.

I should have named him Oreck or Hoover.

He will stand on one paw and whistle dixie for an atom of cheese.

BUT...if you have no treat....no trick!

I have that magnet on my fridge!

We have two corgis, and trust me, they are the world's smartest dogs. And there is nothing more precious than a corgi puppy. Thanks for sharing, Tyler.

We show our dogs in Agility. Our male is also a registered Therapy Dog. He is really sweet and loves everyone. He looks a lot like the one in my avatar.

27. Beautiful babies!!!
I like your breed, a lot. My heart, however, belongs to the Schipperke -- which I have read, are a very similar breed in nature and intelligence.

Here's a Schip baby -- not one of mine, but looks just like what mine looked like when they were that age.

They look just like little Black Bear cubs, don't they?

31. I Agree Totally!
We have one also...Bettina...papers and all. She is the best little Corgi in the whole world. We also have a mutt and three cats and Bettina loves them all but she is obviously the Queen. Pembrokes are so cool and so smart and so cute and so wonderful.

I totally agree with you.

34. Your dogs are the best dogs in the world, I agree. As is my beagle, and everyone else's dogs;
"best dog in the world" is kind of an open category. EVERY dog is the best dog in the world, after all.

Aren't they?

Redstone
