I personally prefer the Beach Boys' "Pet Sounds" and the two headed monster by the Beatles - "Rubber Soul" and "Revolver" but most of your choices are the same as mine for the groups you mentioned.

BTW, my collection is heavily favored towards The Beatles, Led Zeppelin and the Monkees (Marie's O8) band). If I was going to pick from those, my choices would be (in no order):

"Revolver" - Beatles
"In Through the Out Door" - Led Zep
"Rubber Soul" - Beatles
"Head" - Monkees
"Abbey Road" - Beatles
"Physical Graffiti" - Led Zep
"Headquarters" - Monkees

I'm not going to say that I listen to every track on all of them - Revolver is pretty much the only one that I do, but they're all good discs.

I think my all time favorite album and has had the most influence on me musically is "Pet Sounds", 1966 Beach Boys. Thank you Brian and Tony Asher.

And I can't help but notice a conspicuous lack of Split Enz, Crowded House or Neil Finn on your list. :shrug:

As for Split Enz: never cared for them.

As for Crowded House: I know them for exactly two songs, which isn't nearly enough to qualify them for my "favorite albums" list. Sorry....
