5. Me, I like older equipment. However, it always has alternative operating systems

on it. Minix, BSD, Bluebottle, etc.

8. It's got Word 97. No shit. But today he called and ordered a new PC

and made arrangements to get dsl when the new machine comes. I was telling him about the Geico caveman's apartment, but said it probably wouldn't load on his machine. He said he's tired of hearing about things he can't see--youtube, etc. So we went online, did some shopping around, and he ordered a new PC. Then he called his ISP and ordered dsl.

Of course, I'll be gone before it all gets here, but still...
