... is Garry Trudeau a Vonnegut fan?

I mean, who isn't, really?

But i was just talking to my fiance (as of Saturday!) about Breakfast of Champions, and he mentioned Vonnegut using an * as a drawing of an asshole... and i wondered if that was the inspiration for Trudeau's representation of W?

Maybe this is common knowledge, but we didn't know. I thought someone here might, 'cuz you guys are super. :-)
