Update on BrotherBuzz' surgery
He is doing well. When I visited him today we walked three times and yesterday, the day after surgery, he stood up. I thank everyone who sent good vibes and prayers to him. When I was leaving the night before his surgery I told him I would be praying (we're dyslexic agnostics, so sometimes we pray to doG) hoping and dreaming for his health to return, and he said, "I'll take all I can get".
Our printer is broken, and the library computer wasn't connecting to DU very well today (and I kept nodding off waiting for it), but I'm going to print the messages and take them to him tomorrow. He's getting bored now that he's feeling better, but can't eat yet; the cable TV helps a little.

4. I looked at the Cancer Support group here on DU
and will donate again pronto so that my husband can get his star and privileges back and find support in the forum.
