I'm going to say this.... I don't want to work for this guy anymore

I got him last May when there was a faculty shuffle.

He is so disorganized. I've worked here for 21 years and never have I ever been this stressed.

I had one other Professor who wasn't organized, but that one let me organize him and let me manage him instead of the other way around.

This one.... he doesn't tell me anything. I try to get some of his time to clear up questions, but he's ALWAYS on the phone with some conference call. So I go ahead and do what I need to do to meet the program deadlines, and it turns out that there's something he didn't tell me about that means that the work I did needs to be undone, or changed or re-done.

It makes me feel like my time has absolutely no value to him at all.

I don't think I can work like this.

I do have 2 other faculty that do appreciate my time... this one just makes me feel so small.
