Now, in the light of day, I'm thinking it would be fun to do it for real.

10. I think you're right.
I've been making a lot of cosmetic changes lately, and I suppose it's connected to reinventing myself during my midlife crisis.

Maybe I need a sports car.

and it wound up a beautiful silver color...

if you don't like the brown lowlights, that can be easily remedied, and if you don't like the shorter cut, it'll grow. You have nothing to lose! I just whacked 3 inches of length off and feel much happier here in the humid hot southeast. I also have had my hair cut very short before, and loved it. Took me a day or two to get used to the feel of it, but I liked it a lot, esp. after about 2 weeks' growth. Then I loooved it.

lowlights. It looked gorgeous.
