(and see if you can follow the logic here) someone told a story about a friend losing weight and then went on to describe them as STILL FAT (in ALL CAPS) so I replied that it was a very negative and defeatist way to describe their friend. I was told I was the one denigrating their friend by pointing that out. Confused? Yeah, so was I.

So apparently from now on we are not allowed to call someone on a bigotted remark they've made because it makes us bigotted by drawing attention to it.

The added irony is that I had already posted about my own weight loss and how I'm only half-way to my goal. So yeah, I'm really bigotted against overweight people. :eyes:
